Keli Openshaw, MLS, CPHQ has almost 25 years of experience in healthcare communication, performance management, and process improvement. She began her career in journalism and transitioned to healthcare marketing, public affairs, and physician recruitment, where she quickly built her skills in physician relations. In the past decade, she moved into quality and evidence-based practices by optimizing value-based arrangements, healthcare quality, and cost initiatives. Keli has her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and currently serves as a senior process improvement facilitator. She has project management experience for physician and quality dashboards, ICD-10, orthopedic service lines, hospital throughput, and healthcare organization quality and performance dashboards. On the side, she volunteers for the Northern Arizona Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance, as well as the Tuba City Humane Society.
